Private Intro Class

If you’re new to Pilates, this private intro pack is the perfect place to start. You’ll enjoy 3 one-on-one sessions designed to gently introduce you to Pilates at your own pace, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Each session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your comfort level so you can build confidence, understand the fundamentals, and move well from the very beginning.
